Big things are happening at McIntosh Construction! In the past six months, we’ve hired nine full-time employees, moved into our first office, and rebranded from McIntosh Home Solutions to McIntosh Construction. This year, we’re on track to hit our first million-dollar year—a milestone that reflects the hard work of our team and the trust of our clients. But growth isn’t just about numbers. Over the last three years, I’ve made mistakes, learned tough lessons, and figured out what it really takes to build a successful business. Now, I want to share that knowledge. This month, I’m launching a video series designed to help other small business owners—or those thinking about starting their own. My goal is to provide real, practical advice based on my own experiences, so others can avoid the same pitfalls and grow faster. Eventually, I want to take it a step further by investing in aspiring entrepreneurs and helping them build something great. If you’re in the process of starting or growing a business, follow along. 2024 In Review! What a huge year for us. For starters, we more than tripled our revenue from 2023. We did over half the years revenue in quarter 4 alone and are starting off 2025 strong. We added some great team members, bought too many tools and had plenty of arguments with city government offices We made wonderful connections in the industry as well as gained dozens of satisfied new clients. In 2025 we’re focused on hiring, taking on bigger projects and continuing to challenge ourselves. Thanks for all your support.
